Psychiatrist 's  Response
Considering your narration I guess you may be suffering from depression. Whatever symptoms you have described are the hidden (physical) of depression. Are you suffering from low/sad mood since more than 2 weeks? Are you not interested in routine or any pleasurable activities as before? IF so you must consult a psychiatrist to make yourself evaluated in detail for depression as already your sleep and appetite are disturbed which are also one of the symptoms of depression. And there is no need to worry at all. Depression can be treated easily with medicines and/or psycho-behavior therapy. Please do not wait just consult doctor soon before it worsens and affect your study/work and life more.
