Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sweating And Impaired Vision Due To Pituitary Problems
I am a 37 yes old female and batteling with pituitary problems. I had an MRI of my brain recently waiting for results. My thyroid is healthy but somewhere in my endocrine system messages are being confused. my tsh free t4 and T3 r all extremely low. my total t 4 is in the healthy range but progressively goes down with each blood test. I did suffer a permanent brain injury from a car accident 2 1/2 yes ago. Permanent concussion migraine body pain numbness twitching vertigo eye sight changes anxiety are a few of the problems I deal with daily. My c1 and c2 disk is now pressing on abundle of nerves. My back spine and hips are also effected now with arthritis in several spots. After numerous blood tests my doc has told me that I have symptoms of both hypo and hyper functions and that I have to be treated very cautiously. She is checking me for pituitary and other tumors. I have healthy blood pressure but a fast pulse Weight gain of 40 pounds in 2 months I am 5 foot 3 and have always weighted less than 110 pounds hands that shake achey joints intolerance to both hot and cold excessive night sweating sleep apnea after 3 visual field test my peripheral vision is progressively getting worse low blood sugar excessive thirst and urination overactive digestive system confusion and forgetfulness extreme fatigue dry skin and hair voice changes constantly from normal to raspy for days at a time constant runny nose hyperpigmentation and vitiligo sore breasts with lactation extremely light periods low cholesterol on the extreme low side of normal sodium and potassium calcium and iron are good. all of my organs are perfectly healthy. My doctor prescribed me .25 micrograms of synthroid because of all the confusion going on in my body are there any other tests or medications that you would suggest or things I can do it home to make life more comfortable?
