Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Excessive sweating(hyperhidrosis) could be primary(with no underlying cause) or secondary(caused by a medical condition). -Primary hyperhidraosis occurs when the nerves responsible for triggering your sweat glands become overactive and call for more perspiration even when it's not needed. -Health conditions that may cause secondary hyperhidrosis may include: diabetes, endocarditis, fever of unknown cause, stress, anxiety disorder, TB, obesity, menopause, hyperthyroidisms,Heat exhaustion, HIV/AIDS ... The treatment of this condition will depend on the underlying cause. It may or may not be linked to your underlying autoimmune disorder. With the numerous possible causes, i will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation.Your Doctor may help reduce your symptoms with drugs like antiperspirants, Iontophoresis, anticholinergic drugs and so many other options. Hope this will help you Best regards
