Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. All my life I have Sweatmore than my friends. As young adult I started sweating over skull area in work or defensive responses. I am now early 60s. In 2005 diagnosed with dysautonomia. Dysfunction of autonomic nervous system. Sweating increased slightly but not over much. Then in 2013 I had a black widow saddleback coronary blood clot with 4 DVTs all of unknown origin. Since then the sweat coming off me is like a dropper system for a plant nursery. I easily go thru 3 changes of clothes a day. Spoken to PcP, hematologist, and cardiac dr. No one seem concerned. Ideas!!! Thanks ed Timmerman
best would be to visit or consult a neurologist and keep track of your electrolytes. till then you can try glycopyrrolate syrup, tablet ciplar LA, tablet alprazolam and discuss the same with your doctor's. drink lots of fluids. good intake of electrolytes to replenish the loss due to over sweating. regards
