Suggest Treatment For Excessive Weight Gain And Shortness Of Breath

Great and thank you. I have been working out regularly but have gained weight im 5.4 182lbs. Very strong upper body, so perhaps some weight gain from musle. i ususally weight 165- any way I run on tread miill and working out I seem to have shortness of breath when I run at 6 MPH,, I can only do about 1 minute to 90 seconds at that and i was able to do 2 minutes my pulse hits 140- 148, then when I slow down it drops to about 120 bpm my concern is it seems I am gettign winded and shortness of breatth
