Suggest Treatment For Extensive Hair Loss

Hi,my son is 43 years old,single dad with 5 kids,under lots of pressures,within 3 months he is loosing His hair as size of a pea then get large as size of 1/2 dollar, he has that at 6 places now on his head,I m Worried about him a lot.his blood test for immune system was good.Please help.Thanks

Hello,

As per your description it's a patchy hair loss. It could be due to local skin infection like fungal. Try using anti-fungal shampoo initially and see if it's getting better or not, else visit your dermatologist for proper checkup and treatment if needed.
