Suggest Treatment For External Hemorrhoids

I had internal hemmroids cut out a few weeks ago,them meds caused contapation and now I m having problems with external hemmroids.Nothing is working for the pain & burning I was using Colace stool softener,Oxycodine,ibuprofen,prep H,sitz bath,hot showers,heating pad and now I have Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% / Pramoxine 1% but still have no relief What can I do ? I have some rectiv (nitroglycerin 0.4% ointment from an anal Fisher I had in the past Can I use it or what can I do ?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
External hemorrhoids are caused when the they are prolapsed outside the anal orifice and do not reduce back into the anal canal.
Conservative measures are unlikely to help in this condition.
Surgical treatment is the definitive treatment at this stage.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and thus management of the condition.
In the meanwhile, supportive measures can be taken as suggested by your surgeon.
