Suggest Treatment For Extreme Behavior Issues While Treating SOD, ONH And Autism

My son has many neurological conditions (bilateral open-lipped schizencephaly, septo optic dysplasia, optic nerve hypoplasia, autism and sensory processing disorder) and has some extreme behavior issues. I need info to prove that most of these behaviors are not in his control and are caused because of his diagnosis . Can you help me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, these behaviors are not under his control but these can be changed to some extent by proper behavior therapies like behavior modification techniques, behavior re-enforcement therapies etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
