You have been taking the medicine for about 2 years and were reporting improvement but not the symptoms have reoccurred. Most likely cause of poor response to antidepressant drug is some underlying co-morbid condition. Hypothyroidism, Cushing s disease, low Vitamin B12 levels are common reason for resistance to treatment. Visit a psychiatrist for evaluation for these conditions. If everything come normal then probably there is need to add some augmentation drug to your prescription which can potentiate the action of antidepressants. Medicines like lithium carbonate.
