Suggest Treatment For Extreme Diarrhea And Green Bile Like Stool

Tuesday I had extreme diarrhea after having Chinese food for lunch. It s not unusual for me since I had my gallbladder out 40 yrs ago. But what is concerning me is since then I am only passing yellowish green small bowel and now only yellowish-green bile like fluid. Similar to mucus. I feel gassy at times. Passing gas can cause this mucus to pass, so I m constantly having to go to the bathroom. It also has a strong bad odor. I m not in any real pain, am eating normal, no fever. Just concerned about the mucus bile.

Hi,

Your problem is most likely due to stomach infection.
I would like to advise you-
1) Take appropriate antibiotic after discussing with your doctor.
2) Use some antispasmodic medicine for pain relief.
3) Maintain adequate hydration with using oral liquids and electrolytes.
4) Avoid eating spicy oily food.
5) Eat bland diet.
6) There may be need for blood and stool investigations and ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.

Hope this may be helpful to you, if so do vote.
