Hello,
Your are experiencing the above symptoms because your blood electrolyte balance is disturbed. Your blood panel reports should not show low blood pressure but normal blood pressure, normal blood glucose level, and normal
cholesterol level, your medicines should be accordingly regulated/ monitored.
You are suggested to take adequate amount of water, fluids, ORS, to compensate for
dehydration and sodium-potassium depletion. It will alleviate
dizziness and
disorientation. You will feel better. Do not skip meals, take food in time. This will help you to maintain your blood glucose level to normal and help to prevent
lightheadedness. Since you are dizzy, do not do any hard work and do not drive. Stay at rest.
You should start feeling better in a few hours. In case the symptoms are persistent you should get clinically examined by a GP or in the ER, you may need urgent medical support. Get all routine cardiac tests done to stay on the safer side. Get clinically examined by a Cardiologist and an
ENT specialist. Get clinically examined and evaluated by an ENT, to rule out
vertigo. You will have to get few required tests be done. You will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
