Suggest Treatment For Extreme Hairfall With Dry And Flaky Scalp

Hello Sir, I am 27 year old guy suffering from the Hair loss from last 4 years, Hairs from the front all are gone. Now from the middle of the scalp its going continuously .I have taken so many multivitamin supplements ,Biotin ,continous use of the Minoxidil 5% with the recommendations of doctors but all are failed. I also want to tell the scalp condition - after shampooing it is dry but when i wake up in the morning scalp will be oily and then next day a whitish yellow substance when i scratch the scalp. please suggest is it curable and is it possible to regrow hair . I m very woried about my hair

Hi,

Itch and flaky scalp can occur due to dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis refers to inflammation and irritation of skin caused by excess oil and sebum production.This inturn can irritate the scalp and cause flakes or bumps along with itchy scalp.

Ketoconazole and zinc pyrithrone containing shampoo or lotion should be used to wash hair every other day after soaking the hair for 5 minutes.Mild steroid cream may also be needed to reduce inflammation.
