Suggest Treatment For Extreme Lower Back Pain Due To Disc Displacement

Hi, I have been referred to a neurologist for surgery options on my lower back. I have had 2 epidurals, the second one helped a lot! But then I cleaned the snow off of my car and I am in a lot of pain again. The pain management doctor diagnosed disc displacement lumbar (ICD-722.10); Radiculopathy Lumbar; Spinal Stenosis Lumbar; spondylosis lumbar;and sacroiliac joint pain. I called the doctor he gave me a referral to, but I cannot find any information on him, except where his office is located. I have never had any type of surgery and am hoping to avoid it but this pain is getting out of hand. I do not know who to see who will take the time to explain my options and what recovery would be like. Help! my email is: YYYY@YYYY
