Hello , i get extremely angry beyond my control and punch things break things and am verbally abusive i have always had this but its much much worse it seems . i am not a threat to others physically.i dont wish to hurt anyone in that manner My life is great til something stupid sets me off and cant think the correct way . what can i do ? is this a sickness ? also i tried to commit suicide 2x and when i can think rationally i am really upset at myself for my actions
