Suggest Treatment For Extreme Pain In Upper Thigh With Movement

Hi my name is mohammed pain in my upper thigh it gets very pain full after I stand for bit of long term it gets worse when I move went to see my dr he gave me gorge sic 450grams but it is still the same is it from my knee pls answer. Thanks mohammed

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the pain symptoms given here it could be sciatica pain and it need to be confirmed by investigation and neurosurgeon opinion till then try some NSAID best would be Ibuprofen 400mg hope this information helps.
