Suggest Treatment For Extreme Red Blotches On The Face, Arms And Chest
I have numerous episodes a day where my face, arms and chest become extremely red and blotchy. I often feel like my face is on fire and will note swelling to my face an arms. Also at these times I will break out into a sweat regardless of the temperature almost to the point that I feel like I am on fire from the inside out! I become truly miserable. I am rarely cold.....I usually keep the temp at my house 66 degrees year round and still have these episodes. I would truly appreciate any insight as I am miserable and no doctor has seemed to find the cause or any relief for me! Thank you. Sherry
I would suggest you consult a rheumatologist to undergo a thorough physical examination, and a diagnostic test to determine the underlying cause of the symptoms.
In meantime, keep your self away from stress like extreme temperatures, extensive exercise, over exertion as these can trigger the symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
