Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
About 2 weeks ago a floater came in my left eye. It bothers me but my sight is perfect. It looks like a swatted misquitoe. I have one in my right eye I had examined and they said it was a floater and I might get one in my left eye. Is there any thing I can do? Thank you I am 76 years old and had cateracts removed.
Hello, Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to help floaters go away. They usually go away on their own but sometimes can last for months. See your eye doctor if they are severe Regards
