Suggest Treatment For Eye Twitching

My right lower eyelid has been twitching in the evenings. The twitching can be seen in the mirror. I take a low dose of adderall daily (about 5mg) and had to stop consuming alcohol and caffeine recently because of GERD (OK, I cheat on the caffeine, but no alcohol)

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having repeated attacks of eye twitching.
Eye twitching is usually seen in stress or in association with increased intake of caffeine containing drinks.
Since you have told about increased intake of caffeine that may be the cause for eye twitching.
Hence I advice you to stop intake of caffeine containing drinks.

Thank you
