Hi dear user, and thanks for using the HCM service.
Eczema is an allergic answer in the major of times. It can appear because of contact with many substances, or just by a genetic tendency like
atopic dermatitis.
However Eczema treatment includes antiallergic
and topic corticosteroid (not the strong one in your case, because the problem is on your face.) and look for cause in order to suspend any contact with allergic irritants.
So I recommend you to use.
1. A soft skin or face soap.
Eucerin is a good commercial mark.
2. A topic corticosteroid like
hydrocortisone 0,1% a FTU (international measure to put in your face, it's equivalent to put a little of the topic in your index finger) and apply twice on your face (in the lesions) for 7 days.
4. An
emollient or moisturizer cream twice fifteen minutes after topic corticosteroid. And keep after suspending Esteroids. It is really important to keep the surface wet.
3. An antiallergic like desloratadine 10mg every everyday for fifteen days.
4. Find out if there is any irritants substances which may be causing the Eczema. And try to avoid contact with them.
Hoping to be useful
Get better.
