Suggest Treatment For Facial Swelling Due To Swollen Gums

Hi, my daughter (4 year old) had a fill on her pre-molar. the fill got off and she is complaining that it is painful then after a while the pain was gone. She woke up having a very lumpy face because of her swollen gums. what can we do to lessen the swelling?

As your daughter is 4 yr old she must be having filling in her deciduous molar tooth.. the swelling is because of infection in the tooth..
I would suggest you to go to your nearby dentist and get a thorough checkup done and have x-ray..
he will prescribe you antibiotics like amox and MNZ ..etc in correct dosages according to weight of your child...
also give pain-killer with serratiopeptidase to reduce swelling..
go for pulpectomy of tooth as your doctor advice..
apply antiseptic moth rinses..
avoid direct pressure to swelling..
