Suggest Treatment For Fatigue Along With Joint Pain
Is this free if so since I was a teenager I have suffered fatigue muscle and joint pain rls fevers rashes impossibly heavy periods hair falling out anemia. I recently started a gluten free protein shake that at least helps with the fatigue whatbelse can I do and can this be related to a tick bite I got when I was fifteen
As it all started from a tick bite when you were fifteen, unfortunately you may have gone through Lyme disease. Good to hear you've been recovered, however, you are still suffering of its consequences on joints. Regarding your gluten-free protein shake, it's possible that eliminating gluten from your diet could be helping with your symptoms if you have a gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.
However, it's important to make sure that you're still getting all of the nutrients that your body needs. Again, I think you should get retested for Lyme disease first and need to discuss with your caring doctor further.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
