General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that you should have an Echocardiogram and chest X-ray. Till then you can take ORS, mecobalamin 1500 mcg per day and enough rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
