Hello,
Tradazone is an anti-depressant and
Zolpidem tartrate is used to treat
insomnia. It may cause dependence in long term use. Avoid long term use. You can continue to take
Lorazepam but for a few days till you need it; it helps to reduce
anxiety related sleep problem. I do not advise patients to take any kind of sedatives, or benzodiazepines for long periods because it too has side effects and may cause dependence.
To get good sleep try to get rid of any factor that causes you anxiety and stress. Avoid stress both emotional and physical. You can engage yourself with friend or read books, cook different recipe, listen to music, go for long drives or do stuff that relieves you of anxiety. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Go to bed only when you are tired. For good sleep take bananas, oats, chocolates, milk, milk products, turkey, nuts, rice, kiwi, etc. Just make sure your stomach is full and happy.
Do not take coffee or beverage at night. Get connected to a physical therapist.
Talk therapy,
massage therapy, CBT, aroma therapy, emotional therapy, mindfulness therapy will help you get rid of any factor that is not letting you sleep. Whatever therapy suits you best, get it done at least 4 times a week initially. Later you may reduce as you start getting better.
It is natural to feel tired, Un fresh or lack concentration if you don't get good sleep. Regulate your timetable. To get rid of fatigue you can take
multivitamin, once daily for 10 days. Switch to healthy eating. Concentration problem will go away as you get rid of anxiety and stress.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
