Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I feel very sick like I m going to throw up and I am really tired and can t fall asleep and I keep felling likeminded on a roller coaster I tried putting a warm and cold rag on my head it didn t work and I tried to take a shower right before it kind of helped but it came back again and I took 2 Ibuprofen
It is possible that you have a viral infection. There are different viral infections but they can cause nausea, change in temperature and fatigue. Chills are part of the infection response that occurs with the fever. The use of the ibuprofen and water to help with your temperature is appropriate and can be repeated after 6 to 8 hours (the ibuprofen). Rest and fluids may also be helpful. At the moment the type of viral infection is not clear so specific treatment cannot be advised.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
