Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Pain Associated With Spastic Diplegia

are there any treatments for extreme fatigue and pain associated with spastic diplegia and aging? I am almost 52, and have had cerebral palsy since birth. Although I walk very little any more, doing even ADL tasks seems to sap all of my energy for the day. Is there any help for this?
