General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The most common cause of headaches or stabbing pain is stress, anxiety & tensions. Stay away from all these. You can take acetaminophen (Tylenol), one SOS when needed for relieve. Dehydration is another cause that cam present with such symptoms. Stay well hydrated & well fed. At your age body requires a lot of protein, minerals & nutritious food. Avoid junk, oily spicy food. Take food in time.

Medical problems that can present with such symptoms are tension headaches or migraine. Dental problems(cavity). Eye sight issues(lens or undue exposure to sunlight), BP issues(low/ high) or thyroid issues. You are suggested to get clinically assessed by a GP to detect factor that is causing you discomfort. Get treated at the earliest. Avoid alcohol or addictions if any, don't skip meals, avoid packed/ processed food, take adequate sleep.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
