Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Extremely Cold Feet And Clotted Menstrual Bleeding
So im not sure if i am going through a miscarriage right now but i am experiencing fatigue, extremely cold feet, really clotted bleeding (period), and a lot of intense cramps that made me really nauseous last night. I took some ibuprofen today for the pain but it still hurts a bit

Hi,
How old are you? For pain relief you can take Tablet Meftal spas twice a day. If bleeding is Heavy Tablet Tranexa 500mg twice a day for 3 days. Advise to get Ultrasound pelvis and abdomen along with B hcg levels if your Urine pregnancy test was positive.
