I want to know your -
- Age
- Any past medical history like presence of diabetes, blood pressure or
cholesterol problem.
- Any drug use, smoking, alcohol.
- Any medicines are you taking.
- What type of
shoulder injury it was, what was the opinion of treating doctor.
I would like to advise you to consult your physician for detailed clinical examination.
Following investigation may help you in diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
- T3, T4, TSH to rule out
hypothyroidism.
- Basic lab test like CBC, Liver function test, Renal function test, Urine examination.

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D level.
- ECG, 2DEcho of heart.
Depending upon aabove test and neurological evaluation there may be need for brain imaging like MRI brain with
angiography.
Till that time have nutritious diet, drink plenty of water, green leafy vegetables and fruits.
