Excessive sleeping is often associated with sleep disorders, narcolepsy, psychiatric symptoms, sleep apnea or
sleep deprivation. Treatment includes quitting addictions (smoking/alcohol, etc), exercise regularly, adopt better sleeping habits(stop working on mobile/computers few hours before sleep).
Consult a Psychiatrist, you may need antidepressants or cognitive
behavioral therapy (CBT).
For pain, take pain medications like Combiflam or
Acetaminophen for relieve.
Chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia cause pain in the body & fatigue. Take multivitamin supplement along with vitamin E rich food. Stay active, take adequate sleep. Maintain strength & flexibility of the muscles by exercising, walking, swimming reduces body ache. Maintain proper diet & maintain healthy weight. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined & get the required investigations done to rule out any pathology causing you discomfort.
