Hello,

Ace inhibitors may cause fatigue. Metformin may lead to lactic acid accumulation or fatigue.

Chronic use of Metformin leads to vitamin B12 deficiency and weakness. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Fatigue may be due to electrolyte imbalance or insomnia or depression.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
