I am 47 have copd, emphyzema, My cat scans show sclerotic bone issues and 6mm and 7mm nodules in right lung. I also have digestive issues and can hold food in long, Chest pains. My dr passes it off as fibromyalgial . Two different areas show my liver had on ultrasound said it was a fatty cyst this new one says clinical follow up any recommendations as t my next step.

Such cysts dont require specific treatmnent and surgery is required only if cyst grows more than 10cm or it becomes symptomatic. this is not case here so it should be just followed up each 6 months.
