Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver

hi
I have fatty liver (grade 3) with moderate hepatomrgaly & increased size (180 mm ) with increased homogenous parenchymal echogenicity & no intrahepatic bile duct dilation . no mass or cyst . normal CBD & Portal vein diameters . is it curable ? how does it be treated?

is it consiquence of drinking. if it is reversible then indue time it will be alright. if iriversiblle then liver function test can be done. needle biopsy tostudy cytology is to be done. take view of hepatic transplant surgeon and take his advise for manage ment.

Hello,
Treatment involves....
Stop taking alchol immeiately.
Drink plenty of water.
Do regular exercises.
Shed your weight.
Take some statin like STORVAS 10 mg for 2-3 months.
Avoid junk foods,fatty foods and carbonated drinks.
Consume plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Take a super B complex vitamin every day.
No proper medicine is there to treat fatty liver although many doctors do prescribe UDILIV for this onditions.
May consult a gastroenterologist for proper management.

Hi
Fatty liver is the accumulation of triglycerides and other fats in the liver cells.
You have not given history of alcohol intake.
If u take alcohol, then stop it.
Fatty liver is an early and reversible disease.
The condition most commonly associated with fatty liver disease are type II diabetes, obesity, or hypertriglyceridemia.
Fasting glucose levels will rule out diabetes mellitus.
Hyperlipidemia may be present in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
Liver function test is required.
TSH should be done to rule out hypothyroidism.
Weight loss as a first step for fatty liver disease.
A healthful diet is very helpful.
It's common for people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease to have other medical problems, such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol, treatment of these disease should be taken under guidance of doctor.
