General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, your doc has prescribed you best of the medicines as per your requirement of fatty liver and frequent stool. However, as the frequency of stools have not changed still after a week of therapy, I would like to add the following after discussion with your doctor as:
- Pre and pro biotics with lacto bacillus
- Addition of metrondiazole (400 mg) after meals
- Racecadrotil type anti-diarrheal medications

Dietary precautions are also of paramount importance along with this therapeutic approach.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
