Hi I went through your question and i can understand your concern. In pseudobulbar palsy they will have difficulty in swallowing, i hope they confirmed this by doing dynamic flouroscopic study of upper GI. It is advisable to go for Gastrostomy. It helps in feeding and also prevents aspiration. As the child grows older , it can be reassesed and take a call on removing the gastrostomy.
I hope I have answered your question.

Wish your child speedy recovery.
