General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Such sensation can be due to acid reflux or GERD. You are suggested to take small meals multiple times a day. Stay well hydrated. Take adequate rest. Avoid anxiety, tensions and stress.

Sip water or soup, some warm beverage so that slowly the discomfort in your throat can be relieved. In case it is still uncomfortable, you can visit an ENT and get clinically examined and get the vomitus removed if its there.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
