Suggest Treatment For Fever Along With Cough, Fatigue And Body Aches
H how are you? I am wondering if you could give me an advice regarding my boyfriend s situation right now. He don t have tonsils and spleen. He has fever, cough and cold, body weakness and body aches. Currently he is taking Moxifloxacin he started 6 days ago but the fever is on and off because he tried to work. What is the best thing to do? Thank you

I think that if the treatment was working he should have the symptoms much improved after 6 days. I believe it is not working since the fever continues. Please do a sputum culture to find which antibiotic is good to be used. Use Acetaminophen or ibuprofen alternating them every 4-6 hours to reduce fever.
