Suggest Treatment For Fever And Cold
my brother is 15 year old and he is suffering from fever and cold last two days and symptoms are running nose fever(103) after shivering in his body what type of fever it is and we are giving him the medicine LACTOCLAAV 625(2 TIMES
) and ADMON-L (1 TIME) TUSAL-D SYRUP

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fever and cold and running rose which is due to upper respiratory tract infection . Well virus infection usually go away in few days by its own , but sometimes when infection become severe and it needs medical attention. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist without any delay . Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test , CT scan and blood test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescrine anti viral ( acyclovir ) , anti bacterial ( amoxicillin ) , decongestant along with anti inflammatory . For now take steam twice a day to relieve the congestion and drink warm water with one spoon honey in it .
