In these day i am feeling a little bit fever since last 3 weeks.before this a was suffering from cold.I feel very much tired after coming from my college.i am an engineering student and my classes run monday to friday 9 to 5 pm.Sir please give me some advise
Evening rise of fever, needs to be recorded by the thermometer. If indeed, it is present needs investigations especially to rule out TB. Get a X ray chest and montaux test, a blood ESR /CRP and TSH done. Ususally this kind of episode of fatigue, a feverish feeling at the end of the day is a sign of exahaustion, in-adequate food intake and STRESS. So do review your life style. Lastly, please do record your temp atleast twice in the evenings once when u reach home and once as u get ready to sleep, and then meet up with your local doc if it is positive.
