General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that severe diarrhoea can lead to dehydration which in turn leads to cramping pain in the body. I would advise you to take probiotic sachets twice daily for three days. Drink lots of fluids. Take ORS frequently accordingly to the instructions written on the sachet. If the fever does not subside you may have to take a prescription antibiotic course like Tab Norflox TZ along with an antipyretic . I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
