Husband developed severe chills and follows with temp 104. Gave aleve 2 caps which relieved him of pain n fever. 13 hours later he developed same exact symptoms but gave aleve before he had the fever. This time whole episode lasted less than one hour. Could he be harboring some type of malaria? He had same exact symptoms a year ago where the 4 th bout landed him in ER with dx of intractable fever of unknown origin.
