Suggest Treatment For Fever And Nausea In A Child

my 6 year old son had a fever etc around the middle of October that was treated as strep with antibiotics. Since that time he has had intermittent bouts of nausea. There doesn t seem to be a pattern. One time a week or so ago he woke in the middle of the screaming with stomach pain. I finally got him to have a BM and it still didn t stop. He drifted off to sleep and that was that. Since then he has had multiple instances of sudden onset nausea for no apparent reason. Also lots of stomach gas recently.
