Suggest Treatment For Fever And Severe Headache

Hi I am a 29 year old male.I have been suffering from an ongoing fever for the past 3 weeks.My symptoms include cold chills,stiff neck and muscle ache I feel very lathargic.But only couple of days ago I am getting headaches which start off really severe and last for only 10-15mins but continue like this all day.I am left with a heavy head and feeling really drained.

Hi,
As you got fever since long you require some investigations to find out the cause of fever.
Go for routine blood testing like TC, DC, ESR, Malarial parasites etc.
Go for routine urine check up.
After all reports go for treatment accordingly.
Take plenty of water.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
