Suggest Treatment For Fever And Severe Muscle Pain
I overused my back muscles on Friday and could not move very easily today, have chills and feel like I have a fever. went to chiropractor today for electrical stimulation, Muscles very tight in mid-back area. Can extremely tight muscles cause this.

I think it is just over usage or overstretched mussels pain.
I think you may need to use antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain.
Also use warm and cold compresses alternating them.
