Suggest Treatment For Fever And Severe Nausea

I has the stomach bug last Tuesday, I vomited for hrs. had to get iv fluids. i missed 3 daysof work from vomiting, low grade fever and weakness and severe nausea. i wa sgiven Zofran...helps sometimes. went to work Friday and is still weak, very nauseaus, lost 6 lb, eating very little feeling a bit better, But why still so sick. Could i have H- pylori- no diarrhea.

You have suffered from some sort of viral infection nothing else. For this you have to take tab cefixime 200 mg or tab cefadroxyl 500 mg twice daily after melas with tab nimeson-p or tab ultracet for fever and body-ache with cap omez-d or cap pantop-d for nausea and vomiting. Drink vital-z powder or lemon juice or ORS as energy substitute and also to maintain the hydration. For weakness take syrup zincovit or syrup multicherry 2 tsf twice daily. You can also use tab nitazoxanide twice daily after meals for diarrhea.
