Suggest Treatment For Fever And Sore Throat
I have Tonsilites problem, as a result my gland in the neck left hand side got enlarged. Though i had medications for this for 15 days. Again it has reocurred after 10 days. Now i have fever as well as sore throat, but the gland is not enlarged

You have not mentioned your age.. As your condition is reoccurred so i would suggest you following things :
> Start amoxicilin+clavulonic acid 625mg three times a day for 7 days
> Acetaminophen for pain & fever
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it 3-4 times a day for at least 4 days. It will give soothing effect.
AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Spicy food
> Drinks
Report to hospital if:
> Condition remain same after 2-3 days
> Any unusual symptom appears
> Condition deteriorates.
> There is difficulty in breathing.

Well come to HCM
Because of the infection particularly lower respiratory infection such lymph node swelling is common and this comes around after the successful treatment, and this may remain there even after the treatment, but later or sooner this comes around, and this is nothing to worry, take care. (Comments:- Lymph node swelling may have some specific reasons or may not).
