Suggest Treatment For Fever And Swollen Lymph Node

I have had a fever of 100.0 for over a week now. I feel fine some of my lymphnodes are swollen I have had malignant melanoma 5 years ago I have a spot in my right breast that has to be followed up on in another 2 months. I am 35 years old.my grandmother on my moms side had Breast and colon cancer two seperate cancers . I have had mono before evidently.just wondering what could be causing this fever my normal temp is 98.4 degrees.

Try to see if your fever responds with an antibiotic. Given your past history, a FNAC of the enlaerged lymph nodes is a must to rule out the above pathology.
