Suggest Treatment For Fever And Tiredness

I had protected sex with a sex worker in the eve of 6th april 2017. Im filled with guilt afterwards.. suddenly on 10th april morning i sensed a mild fever (99F) with burning eyes, and tiredness in my body.. no other symptoms.. is there a possibility that ive caught up with sti/std?
