Suggest Treatment For Fever And Vomiting Sensation
I've been feeling bad all day I woke up at 630 this morning hot an sweating I thought I was gonna puke but when I got to the toilet I jus attempted an dry heaved I guess. When I was at work I felt light headed an like I might vomit but my stomach was fine felt like my head was on a roller coaster though an that made me dizzy which in return made me nauseas and I spit up yellow stuff twice burned my throat. Any ideas

It can be a viral fever with acute gastritis.You should take some antiemetic like domperidone and ranitidine for gastritis.ORS and fluids should be taken if you vomit.Paracetamol should be taken for fever.If severe nausea and vomiting you should go to hospital as you might need antiemetic injection and intrvenous fluids.Hope this may help you.
