Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills And Head Congestion

My illness started with fever , chills and head congestion. After approximately 2 weeks and not feeling any better I consulted a local Dr. who gave me a shot, a Zpac, and cough medicine. It seemed to do nothing and in fact a few days later I was worse than ever. I felt extremely tired , achy, and fluid in my lungs to the point I could hardly sleep for several nights due to the rattling. I now feel much better but still after 5 weeks have a cough and still have fluid in my lungs and a tight chest and shortness of breath at night.

Hi,

Sometimes the acute viral infection of the upper respiratory tract may lead to chronic bacterial infection or even allergic hypersensitivity.

You need to take the antihistamines and antibiotonlu after consulting a general physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
