Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills And Headaches

Parapelegic, post operative wound, 6 weeks, below injury level. Having fever (99-101) chills, headache every evening at about 7:30 pm lasting 1 1/2- 2 hrs. Taking Tylenol. Once fever gone I m completely normal until the following evening. What is that about?

Your concern is appreciated. Can you provide some more details such as site of the wound, wether any pus or discharge coming out from wound, any pain in the wound. If such a patient comes to my clinic, my first suspicion would be that the wound has been infected and so the fever keeps recurring. Please provide me the details so that I can help you more.
